Dr Long has been great to work with. Extremely happy with him as my PCP.

This was a new doctor for me (Dr. Long). I felt he really listened to me and my health problems, offered suggestions of things I might do to improve the health problems I am having. I am older and this was my yearly Medicare check-up. For the first time in a long time, I did not feel like just a number.

Dr Long is kind and thorough.

The reception room was clean and welcoming. The pre-visit forms easy to fill out and understandable. I appreciate the timely responses and how courteous and kind everyone behaved. I'm impressed and look forward to continuing my healthcare with this provider. Thank you!

From the receiptionest to the Dr, I give all a 10. A very good experience for my first visit

The staff contacted me immediately to get evaluated. Dr. Long clearly communicated his assessment and a way forward. This practice is superb. Grateful to have such good health care.

The check in receptionist was kind of rude. She would put the phones on hold for 3-4 minutes while she was on her phone and talking to other co worker. The dr I saw was not mine, but he was super nice and helpful. The check out receptionist was very friendly .

Dr Long was energetic and informative. He was open to having my daughter, a nurse, asking questions and setting up a DNR.

The wait times for scheduling appointments is far too long. Meaning if you try to schedule an appointment you might be able to get in in 3 weeks when in reality you need to be seen much sooner.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Long. He listened and we developed a plan moving forward.

The total office was very professional and informative to my needs. Dr. Long always makes my health situation his priority. Glad I stayed with Premier.

Dr. Long was very thorough. Asked me questions about my health. Took the time to explain everything.

Very prompt, he was able to answer all of my questions and able to prescribe a medication that would help my allergies and cough. Very personable and was so glad I was able to get in promptly

Telephone answered promptly when I called, and I was able to schedule a dr. visit to happen within a couple of hours. Wait time was reasonable. Dr. Long (new doctor) listened and communicated well, and I received the treatment I needed. No complaints.

My first visit and so far everyone has been very pleasant and professional to deal with. I had been with my last PCP for over 30 years so this is a big change for me and my family members. Dr. Long made me feel comfortable and I have made appointments for my other family members also.

I was somewhat apprehensive in coming to the office but as soon as I walked into the office the ladies behind the counter were taken care of me in a very warm & nice way,,,, then I met with the other people in the room & then Dr, Long came in and I was very impressed with the Dr. and the ones who were in the room with me. Doctor Long is a great doctor, and the staff is exceptional!

When a patient is advocating for their health and care, it is VITAL that patients feel heard and something as simple as labs are ordered at the time of the patient request. When these things aren't done an immediate and long lasting lack of faith and trust in care begins. Your reasons why you refuse do not matter to the patient. All they hear is that they are not a participant in the care plan for their own health. If people who do and can advocate for their health feel this way, imagine how patients who cannot feel.
