My only complaint is that when I scheduled my appointment, I was told that they would be at a new location. I drove to the address given to me yet could not find the office. After entering the building and ambulating from one office window to another, I was told that the move was delayed for a month, resulting in me driving to the previous location. I'm elderly with a disability and can only ambulate or stand for a very limited time due to having dysautonomia. My B/P will suddenly drop, at which time I will faint. When I brought it to the attention of an employee of the correct office location, I was told that the office manager instructed the staff to stop telling patients about the move yet no effort was made to notify us of the change in plans. I'm sure there are patients who have more difficulty than I do and this inconvenience was unnecessary.

Excellent Staffing Excellent Facility

This office is just super. Allison is a very educated Nurse Practitioner. She always listens and orders things if changes needed. The big thing is I am always taken back to see her on time of my appointment. You don't get that at all offices. I appreciate all the staff there.

At my appointment, I forgot my umbrella in the waiting room and the Medical Assistant who took my vitals went out to get it for me. Not colonoscopy-related, but so nice of her to do that.

Allison was very efficient & friendly. She took her time & answered all of my questions, which were many.

No problem with the medical aspects of the visit but I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that Premier required me to fill out paperwork during this visit when I have been to other Premier sites this year and have been going to Premier for close to 40 years. My SSN number, address, family members, job, etc have not changed although through this process I noticed you did not need my insurance card (also not changed)! I use MyChart to make changes, and Premier asks me to go through perhaps 10 screens of questions as a pre-visit check-in. Once again, I don't understand why you don't have the information.
