I needed an appointment ASAP, and they set me up with Autumn. She was very professional, yet personable and compassionate to listen to your needs.

Autumn was very professional and patient. I felt very comfortable being questioned and examined by her. I believe she will be a really good addition to the Premier family.

The staff at the front desk and the nurse who initially brought me back into the office were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and directed me exactly where I needed to go. This was an "establish care" appt and Autumn was amazing. She was kind, made me feel comfortable, explained everything where I could understand. Beyond happy with my experience and new primary care team. Already recommended her to family members.

This was a checkup appointment but the provider gave me information about my conditions that other providers have never told me about so it was well worth the appointment time and I appreciated it.

I had a very good semi-annual check-up with my family physician and reviewed the test results which were out on the mychart website. the physician reviewed the results earlier and provided comments to each result on the website which I reviewed before I had my appointment, which was very helpful. She gave me some suggestions to follow up with to further improve some of my health issues, which I will do.

I'm new to this system and location. The receptionist was very nice and helpful in getting me scheduled. Initially, the wait was going to be longer, but she called me later and said there was one available if I would like that one.

I was initially nervous to switch providers because i had loved my last one so much but autumn was absolutely amazing. Before i even went to the waiting the room the receptionist told me how much i'd love her and she was right. Autumn was super attentive and i felt like she listened and addressed all my concerns. She also had a student with her who was super helpful and respectful. I am so glad I found autumn and will absolutely be continuing to see her for the foreseeable future.

Autumn is a truly compassionate, professional and meticulous health care provider. I always feel uplifted and safe by her care.

Insurance prohibits getting the essential testing I felt I needed so the Insurance game is at play--this is causing poorer care and more expense in the long run. It prevents practitioners and Drs from doing at times that which is necessary to prevent physical & emotional distress.

The whole crew there always go above and beyond our needs and expectations.
