Every physician I have seen at Premier has been wonderful, but the front desk staff at nearly every office is not polite or helpful. On this visit, I stood at the check-in window- the receptionist looked at me and back to her computer without saying anything and proceeded to finish typing and printing something before even saying hello. She should have at least said hello, I'll be with you in a minute or something. I also had to wait nearly 20 minutes on hold to schedule the appointment in the first place- and that was before a human even answered at all. This frequently happens at this office. There is no excuse for that lack of respect for a patient's time.

Honestly, Courtney is the best. I feel like she's on your team fighting for the best care, even when the insurance company is arguing for something different.

Courtney is an exceptional NP. She has always provided me the time I need to discuss issues and done a thorough physical exam. I appreciate her care and she makes my drive for Cincinnati worth it.
