The NP makes me feel at ease, is clear about my health plan and needs, and communicates as a partner versus telling me what I need to do. It makes me feel like we're in this health journey together and that is truly valuable. All the staff communicates in a way that is explanatory regarding why they are doing something and what I can expect...before I even have to ask - this too is a great way to not only provide your patients clear care but give them a peace of mind that they are being kept in the loop and can know what to expect. Just wonderful experience overall with Premier and my physician.

Dena listens to you, really listens. She does not try to over talk you, lets you know if there is an issue you can contact her through appointment or through my chart. It's like talking to a friend, finally someone in the medical field that understands listening is the key, not assuming they know you better than you know yourself.

As a new patient, Dr. Kirklin-Thomas was very thorough. Reviewed my health history, discussed any current concerns/questions, recommended vaccines to prevent future illness, and ordered future recommended tests. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
