The front office could improve, especially check in. When I made an appt for My husband I was told 8:00.When he got there she said appt was 1;45. I wrote 8: 00 down while I was still on phone! . They also some confusion when important documents were sent to Anthem.

I was so appreciative that Desiree was able to fit me in her schedule during a busy week & last minute problem.

As the guardian of 2 elderly special needs sibs who are unable to speak for themselves, I depend on medical providers to actually HEAR my concerns and create care plans that fit their limitations. Desiree listens, explains, isn't in a hurry and is down to earth.

Desiree is awesome. I trust her and we always enjoy our appointments with her. The only complaint I have is that when you're the first patient of the day, being roomed 5 min after the appointment was scheduled is a bit frustrating. Especially when you're 15 min early like you're asked to be. People schedule the earliest appointments in order to not miss as much time at work/school. Someone was roomed before we were and they got there after us. We sat there what felt like 10 min after the other patient was taken back before we were.

I see Dr. Vance. The office staff do a good job. I am so happy to have a Dr who is top notch. She cares, listens and provides info and is always professional and kind. I am so glad to have her as my physician. I have suggested her to others and they also have had great experience with Dr.Vance.

Nurse Vance is excellent as a provider. She is often booked and you have to wait for a period of time to see her. That's the only problem I have.
