Finding the Dr. office is a nightmare. No one at 2 information desks. No employee knew where the office was. Had to walk a 1/2 mile from the parking garage with leg issues. Navigation of MVH campus rated 1 for terrible.

Dr. Pan spent time with me explaining my options.

When I arrived for my appointment, the door was locked and I was unable to get it. After knocking on the door several times, the office workers just looked at me standing outside the door. Eventually a gentleman walked by and asked if I was trying to get in and unlocked the door for me.

Dr. Pan, his nurse and the front office associates are all GREAT!!!! Dr. Pan listens, answers my questions in vocabulary I understand and he doesn't get upset if I take to much time asking too many questions! I would highly recommend Dr. Pan to everyone!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pan. I'm so impressed with him. He called me himself with test results, scheduled surgery within 2 weeks. Surgery a success He met with me each time instead of a PA. I'm grateful to have him for my physician.

Don't really see the point in Shelling out $ & waisting time for an appointment when there isn't a problem. For example if I had an issue or thought there was an issue with my wound etc... I could message on MyChart for an appointment or call for one. Of course if the vascular team had seen an issue they could notify me via call or MyChart.

The staff were so kind and helpful from the moment we got there to taking me out to the car. The Dr explained my condition and answered any questions I had.

Doctor explained the procedures and how things would progress. Very thorough and helpful in understanding.

He may be a good surgeon but, he's HORRIBLE at regular patient care!!!!! He explained almost nothing from the start and after a week in the hospital I'm not anywhere near to a solution to my condition!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful in guiding me to the correct building. Google Maps headed me to the wrong place.

Dr Pan exceeded my expectations, he saw on a next day basis even though he was booked solid. He treated like an adult, explained things well, and ordered a necessary prescription.

Dr. Pan answered all my questions thoroughly and explained my condition in easy to understand language. I appreciate he didn't sugar coat anything while explaining my options for treatment. I would definitely trust him to perform surgery on me.

Dr. Pan and his staff are top notch. From my initial appointment through my follow-up I truly felt like Dr. Pan listened to my concerns. Dr. Pan went over and above to make sure we were on the same page and explained the procedure I would be having in detail. Even post-op I felt like he checked in on me more than is normal.
