Nice front and back staff

My provider helped me to feel more comfortable after a past negative experience at a different agency. I appreciate that my provider is trauma informed and trained. I feel more confident re having to do this procedure again in the future as a result of this interaction. It's also very encouraging that my provider is a person of size. This helps me feel more comfortable as a person of size. There needs to be more people of size in healthcare.

Jay is my favorite midwife that I receive care from within the network. She is a blessing and truly educated me every single time and takes her time! She's incredible!

They're nice and communicate very well. They help a lot with things new moms would forget to ask about.

My experience with lifestages has been entirely positive except that I have had difficulty with scheduling availability, the first available appointment at is frequently 3 or 4 weeks in the future which doesn't work well for prenatal care when issues can surface at any time.

Jay is absolutely wonderful. She is full of great knowledge that she delivers in such a calm, reassuring manner. I have had several hiccups with scheduling my last couple appointments which is extremely unfortunate beacuse the care providers are all great, I wish the scheduling procedures could be sorted out.

Though the office was running a bit behind, everyone was upfront and kind. My midwife was amazing as usual and I'm so glad to have a team I trust to listen to me.
