Jennifer Doseck is very sweet, did not feel rushed and genuinely made me feel like she cared about me as a person and not just a patient. Would 10/10 recommend her!

From check-in to check-out, everyone in the office was helpful, kind, and professional. The nurse was attentive, listened carefully, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. She clearly explained multiple options for addressing my concerns and took the time to walk me through each one so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciated how she balanced compassion and understanding with a strong focus on actually solving the issue that brought me in. She asked thoughtful, relevant questions to help get to the root cause, and it genuinely felt like she cared about my overall well-being-not just the appointment itself. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in the next steps.

Lady at the front desk was rude. She said I had a 7000 dollar balance and won't be able to see a premier health physician until I pay it. I talked to billing and I only owed 1100 so I paid it. Billing said the lady at the front desk was wrong I didn't have a 7000 balance and even if I did owe I would be able to still see a provider. Also the lady at the front desk was rude about me not having a job cuz I lost my job and that I was self pay cuz I had lost my insurance. She treated me like a peasant. I don't want to go back that location...I will go to Vandalia office next time.

The receptionists were relatively nice-ish. They were rude in the sense of checking in. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment as I was directed to via mychart. When I arrived I was rudly told "sign in on the paper and we will call you up", after that a few other people did the same and one other patient was able to just check in via the front desk staff. I was then pulled back JUST to check in at least 13 minutes past my appointment time (I waited for 20 minutes just to check in which I find very unprofessional and uncourteous). My LPN was very nice, the provider was great. I previously saw her at a different location which is why I chose to see her again, just at the Piqua location. The environment was clean but I was very caught up in the fact the front staff was uncourteous and took an obscured amount of time just to check me in...

The details of my visit were great, from the time of checking in until I left. The staff were incredibly friendly and identified themselves by name. The waiting area needs much work. It is such a big space and the chairs are arranged in one giant U. I've been a patient there for years and someone needs to rearrange the chairs like they used to be, in groupings, with some magazines. The way it sits now is very cold and sterile. Make the waiting area as beautiful as the staff you have!

This was the most wonderful place to be treated by. I arrived early and checked in by the most friendly clerk. I only waited about 10 minutes and was taken back by a nice nurse/ma then prepped and was seen by the nurse practitioner. She listened to what I had to say then examined me. She explained what she thought was wrong, did swabs told me how she wanted me treated and made me feel confident in her treatment plan . This is a super place. My medication was sent to where I requested and I had it by 2 pm same day. What a great place to go to. I had a question later in the day and called and was given the answer by another nice individual. Glad my primary provider sent me there and to Nurse practitioner Jennifer.

This was a better appointment time was, was not running as late as they have been the past 2 years, was able to get in and get out in a better time frame.

I need a very last minute appointment for some pain I was feeling and the staff was helpful and kind with helping me find a time to get in. Not only was the staff very friendly while checking the doctor was also very informative and helpful during my appointment. Even helped me get a referral I had been trying to get through my family doctor.

Jenny always makes me feel so comfortable and is so easy to talk to. She listens to your concerns and spends plenty of time in the room talking. I have never had a bad experience with her.

Jenny is the best provider and I trust her with my female health. I had not seen her since 2017 and it was like I had seen her yesterday. She is wonderful.

Dr Doseck was amazing! She read me previous results from a breast biopsy I had a few years ago and found out I should have had a follow-up appointment that my previous doctor never mentioned. I have already referred her to friends.

This was my first visit with Jennifer Doseck - she is wonderful! Listens & answers questions, does not hurry through the appointment, and is very kind & caring! She made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning, and will also be recommending her to my friends. Her nurse, and the rest of the staff were also top-notch! Thank you!

Do not appreciate the wait time after being called back and ready for the doctor. I had a 7.15am appointment I was one of two people, and the doctor took the other person and made me wait almost 30 mins extra, I'm tired of this with this practice, it's happened more than once, there needs fo be more doctors, or don't call people back to sit and wait in just a gown and cloth. I would rather wait in the waiting room than go through that again. And felt I was rushed through my time also. I don't want to go to another practice as I do like the person I see but if wait times don't improve I will leave this practice.

I really appreciated Jennifer Doseck. She is professional, kind, a good listener, attentive, thorough, and provided me with quality care. At the time of my appointment I asked her a logistics question that she needed to check on. She messaged me that information right after my appointment. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail.

Jennifer was great, always love seeing her and her honesty. Wasn't the biggest fan of the CMA getting the heart beat, she didn't help me sit back up (which is difficult at 34+ weeks pregnant) but she was very friendly :) Overall, I love the change with midwives!
