The appt took awhile because of so much down time between nurse check in, doctor exam and nurse dismissal instructions. Everything was great except the times between each of the above...almost thought they forgot about me.

Jennifer was great! She got the prescriptions that I needed sent right away to my pharmacy. And the x-ray order was entered promptly, too, so I could drive straight to Imaging and get it done.

Jen Phlipot is the best! I trust her opinion completely!

I was in room #1 and it was very cold in this room. All the nurses commented on it being cold when they came in. I was in this room for over an hour. My appointment lasted longer than it should have. I did not appreciate the student nurse coming in by herself after I waited a long time. I felt like talking to her was a WASTE of my time!! Then I waited quite a while for Jennifer Phlipot to see me. When asked about the student nurse, I assumed she would come in at the same time as Jennifer Phlipot, which has always been the procedure before. I was not happy waiting so long since the room was so cold.

Jennifer Phlipot and her staff are always welcoming, friendly and punctual. We love going there!

All the staff and receptionist go out of there way to help whatever you need done plus the Dr's are very helpful and understanding to tell you what they want you to do to get better.

Great people and facility

I was taken to the lab for blood work by the nurse, after waiting 30 minutes the lab told me they didn't have an order to draw blood. I also was told my current prescriptions would be refilled but only 2 were and a prescription I was told wouldn't be was also sent in. I was very confused with the entire appointment, I did get a flu shot so it wasn't a complete waste of time.

I greatly appreciate the caring respectful professionalism of both medical providers. I would definitely recommend Premier Health facility located in Versailles to my family and friends. Jennifer Phlipot CAP answered all my questions and concerns about my health and medications. She is very thorough. Before I left the office, my prescriptions were already filled at the local pharmacy and my insurance covered it. Thank you!

Jennifer Phlipot is amazing, as is all of the staff, I would not go anywhere else. She is the most attentive Physician/ NP I have ever had. She listens attentively and helps you as a whole person. I have many health problems but since seeing her I am finally getting the answers I have needed for 20-30 years.

Horrible communication when I called about not being able to attend this appt with our daughter. We were assured only a simple form need signed after immunization info was relayed and then her dad could go. When arriving he was told that he had to stay for the entire appt. This was not planned for and he was late for work. Poor communication in front office
