The front office ladies immediately greeted me and were very kind and professional. I wasn't sure where to park and couldn't find the lot, so I used the garage (no biggie). I asked the lady at front desk how to get to lot next time. She explained it then had me come around to the back window and showed me the road to get there. Very great service. DR sasson was great too and the girl who was Paietent care or nurse was great and funny too!

Provider made assumptions based on my weight and didn't take my concerns and issues seriously. I will be finding a different provider.
