The staff went above and beyond when my wife (the patient) had an embarrassing accident and wet herself. They provided, depends, pants and wipes, as well has a bag for the soiled items. I really appreciated the help and caring attitude.

Great service. Only negative was I got lost leaving the hospital, such a big place, wrong floor, etc, but I found the front desk and asked, they gladly helped.

It was great. I returned because my peripheral artery disease had worsened and I couldn't walk many steps. A test I didn't go to and should have completed a year earlier was rescheduled. On my way to healing and relief!

First time going into the office. Sorta hard to find. But now I know where and how to get to their office.

The staff while I checked in and out where super nice and friendly, the office was very clean. My visit with Dr Whelan was very good. She answered my concerns in a way I understood & she was very friendly & nice., very helpful.

Everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist, scheduler to the nursing assistant to my Doctor Whelan was incredibly nice. It was all a very pleasant experience!!!

They were super, I almost fainted and they were super taking care of me even taking me to the car with a wheelchair. Very kind people.

Upon entering the building; Directional signage made the office easy to find. The office and exam rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is very professional and caring making you feel like a person and not just a "number". I have had good experiences at all Premier Health facilities.

This provider tried to get me signed up for MY CHART which I don't want because it looks too complicated to provide my care easily. The video explaining how it works was extremely difficult to read on my iPhone since I don't have a home computer and they displayed it in that format.

Had a good visit, thank you very much, and got information that I needed.

First impression is good, but the nurse practitioner needed more information about my case so a scan will be done soon.

Everyone is always very professional, kind and excellent at their job and the way that they treat me.

My consult was supposed to be with the physician that my primary doctor requested I see. This office has a policy that you must see a nurse practitioner first, she orders the tests if needed, and then you see the physician ONLY on the basis of the test results. If your consult is supposed to be with a physician, that is who you should be permitted to see.

The only negative aspect of the visit was that it was rather confusing to get to the office. When we left we weren't sure what level to go to for the exit. We thought we would go to G, but we had to go to W. We finally found our way out.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I didn't need to make a follow up appt. Katie said if I had any questions or concerns don't hesitate to call. She also stated if my symptoms got worse to call and they will get me in to be seen. Katie was Fantastic! She explained everything very well, answered all my questions, wrote down information so I wouldn't forget. Gave me print out that explained my problem and at home care. Katie even set up for me In Home Care for Therapy. She was very through. Everyone at the office was great! They came down and picked me up from the parking lot with a wheelchair. Ladies at desk friendly and the nurse was also kind and understanding. It was a very good experience.

Katie Whelan was great. I appreciate the fact that she didn't recommend or see the need for an ultrasound at this time but suggested if my condition changed that I could call for a follow-up appointment and/or have an ultrasound performed. Everyone at Premier Vascular Surgeons was helpful and courteous. :-)
