Kelli was great as always. We did have to have a telephone conference because the zoom/video did not work. Kelli appeared on video, but there was no sound so she finally just called us. I don't think it was our equipment because it has worked in the past and we have not changed any settings. We have had trouble in the past with zoom appointments. There is definitely room for improvement there.

The best care and treatment.

The virtual visit was a wonderful option - the only down side was the significant feedback on the line made it difficult to hear at times. Kelli was attentive, answered all my questions and is quite knowledgable.
