I left my appointment today with a feeling that my provider Laura Dunlevy actually cared about my health and really wants to help me. I felt confident in her knowledge, intelligence, training and bedside manner.

I felt as though Ms Dunlevy was through and really interested in me as an individual. She explained the past results in my chart and why she wanted additional testing done for me. I was surprised to hear some of my results were high than they should be for the past two years and I didn't know. I appreciate that she explained everything and is checking my kidney disease out.

Doctor and staff are awesome. Just that Premier needs to fix the air conditioner in the building.

Not all of my issues were addressed as I was told my "time was up". I do not blame my provider, I blame Premier. I am a person, not a number.

All my experiences have been good and she has found things that could of harmed me badly and still till this day is always offering suggestions for me to look into, when pertaining to my health issues I know her time is coming close to her leaving I'm sure cause I keep getting a new doctor every 3/4 yrs. I get comfortable and trust them and then they are gone. I know if for them to become better doctors but it sucks to see them go. This will be my 4th? doctor that has gotten better with each year and I like to feel comfortable and trust who can help live longer but also understand that they need to to do what they are doing so they can become better doctors. But she is not on my 4th spot since she became my doctor last, she is however the 2nd best and the others were good. I know she is probably getting close to leaving cause I am getting more of these about her work and that is the best way to see how they do and where they will be beneficial in their next venture.

Laura Dunlevy is excellent at figuring out the odd thing that may be wrong and working with me until we (or mostly she) figures it out. She is most definitely able to connect all of the dots to figure out how something happened, and to work with someone over their concerns. She's wonderful!!

I love how friendly everyone is, in the office. Laura Dunlevy takes time to listen to whatever you want to talk about. She treats you with respect and support. She even hugged me, when I told her, I had recently lost my mother. I even made my Dad, to her practice.

As a relatively new patient, I would highly recommend this facility. The staff is great and very friendly. The NP is exceptional. So far, I am very pleased with each experience I have encountered. The appointments are punctual, with very little wait time.

Laura Dunlevy was absolutely amazing. She is such a strong patient advocate, and after years of symptoms being ignored, she was the first to pay attention to my concerns. She was very adamant about getting to the bottom of what's going on. She ordered labs for anything you could think of just in case. I will be seeing her as my primary care provider due to this experience.
