Due to a zoom meeting at 8 I was in the office at the correct time of 0745 but the Dr did not come in my room til 0830 . This is unacceptable. I took off work to be seen by the Dr and she was 30 mins late to the appt because of a zoom meeting that the company she works for made her attend. Then ended up being late to work because of that. DO BETTER!!!!!!! I love this office, this Dr and everyone who works here but it's crap that because of a zoom meeting you made the Dr attend when she had patients waiting, she ending up being behind

Dr. Quick listens carefully and seeks to identify the problem. Most doctors do not listen. I appreciate Dr. Quick.

Was told on the phone when trying to make appointment that it would be over a month out due to provider shortage. I went to mychart & got one for a few days out. Front desk ladies aren't patient friendly

Dr. Is able to spend time needed to ask questions and give information. Visit never feels rushed.

This was a follow up to a ER visit. Dr didn't need to do anything just witnessed were I was at medically in case I need additional assistance.
