I've never been to an OBGYN where both the staff and the providers seem to care. I was treated with such kindness and understanding! Before getting my IUD removed, the nurse showed me all tools that could possibly be used and explained the procedure thoroughly.

All staff were polite and courteous which made me much more at ease. My appointment started on time, in fact a bit early, and I was in and out earlier than expected. I have already recommended this office to others.

Michele and her nurse gave me so much information. They were thorough and friendly. Both receptionists I worked with were friendly and went above and beyond to answer my questions!

I was quite apprehensive about the reason for this appointment, so my b/p was quite elevated when first checked. I asked the medical assistant to recheck it after I had been seen. I told Michele the same thing, it's something that happens whenever I'm the patient. My b/p after talking to Michele was back in normal range. I was made to feel very comfortable by Michele and was able to relax.

Michele really listens carefully to what you're saying, she asks if you have any concerns, etc. What a pleasant person she is!

When i went in for my appointment the provider was absolutely amazing and asking me about my personal life and getting very personal! The only complaint I have is when she had told me that I had to come back for an ultrasound to check back on my IUD and its placement then just left the room. I feel like I had questions on the next steps and what to do and what could happen with that. Other than that she was AMAZING!
