I've wasn't able to get in with my primary but was able to get in right away with Miguel. He was great.

It was very difficult to find the number to calkl for scheduling my appointment with this clinic. It is not easy to find from your website. I finally had to call the general hospital number a the receptionist has to look up the number in her computer. The appointment number should be listed when you go into MyChart and select the Physicial or Clinic you are trying to make an appointment with. The current process is impossible.

Everyone here is great and the quality of care is excellent! As a woman, it is often difficult to find providers who will truly listen and address my concerns. If I moved, I would still drive an hour to continue my health care management with these folks.

Miguel Paulet is the best PCP

My Doctor was very condescending and rude and didn't even address two of the concerns I had gone in for before rushing me out. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I always have an incredible experience with Miguel Paulet and the staff here. He listens and always answers my questions with the utmost care and respect. I truly feel that at this practice, I've never been treated as just a "patient" but ultimately as a person. I recommend Miguel and the team here to everyone I know who's looking for a doctor. My husband comes with me to all of my appointments and has been so impressed with my care here that he has now even switched to this practice! Miguel and the staff are extremely dedicated to their practice and truly care about the mental and physical health of their patients!

GOOD PLACE

If you need a Dr to go to that knows what he is doing and will explain to you what is going on with you. They actually take the time to explain. This is the place. The nurses make sure you get your med refills and answer all your questions as well. They are so nice. Staff at the front desk welcome you and are just as nice. Just a great place

Miguel was prompt and helpful

Miguel was very nice and took care of me quickly.

The process (prescription-insurance-cvs-to me) of inserting new drugs into my treatment is broken. Artifacts: a) The first prescription, a replacement for metform a week ago never got to me. b) The second prescription, a different replacement for metform and useful to counter on-going steroid reaction, has NOT gotten to me (25 hours later).

Miguel is knowledgeable and kind.

nothing. Already said it all.

Experience went very well. One small issue: when confirming my appointment I am always told to bring a list of my medications This list is never asked for by the nurse or provider. If this is not necessary why ask for it?

Miguel didn't explain satisfactorily why for the last 4-5 months I'm unable to get prescription filled in a timely manner and was not willing to try another manner in which to alleviate this problem.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the office and doctor.
