The staff was just fine. I was there mostly for prescription renewal. The problem was a malfunctioning security screeching sound. Fortunately the noise in the room where I see the NP was not too loud. But time spent in the waiting room was unpleasant. We learned that it had been sounding for over 24 hrs. It appears that the comfort of the patients was not considered. Score: a big 0

My Experience with the receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner was excellent. my only negative feedback is that I am still waiting for meds to be called in the pharmacy, I am out of refills and waiting.

Priscilla Turner is an absolute gem! I've spent my whole adult life bouncing around to different general practioners because they didn't seem to care about helping me and made me feel I was wasting their time. I've utilized little walk in clinics if an illness came up. I started seeing Priscilla after a recommendation from a friend. She takes all the time needed to listen and respond. Even after I moved and was a bit farther from her office, I'm happy to make the drive to see her because I appreciate her so much.

Priscilla and her MA were top notch! It's been along time since I've had great genuine care from my provider.

Provider Pricilla Turner does an excellent job listening to concerns and talking through solutions. She is very knowledgeable in most things medical and if she doesn't know the answer she'll find it for you. She is personable and her bedside manner is like no other. She truly treats you like family and is upfront and honest. She's the best!

Her bedside manner was great. Dr. Turner listened to my needs and catered to them extremely quickly. So far she's done everything she said she wanted to do, and I hope that continues! I'm new to town so I'm hoping to have/keep her as my PCP!! I'm just waiting for some answers to questions we both (doc and I) had. Questions to see if I can continue to just see her, or, if I need to see a specialist for a specific condition. Either way, how the follow up is handled should show me what kind of a physician Dr. Turner really is.

I'm very satisfied, but since it was my first visit I have to mention I expected a more in-depth visit. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I think maybe she did order some blood work after the 1st visit. I wrote a paragraph about my visit yesterday. Now I wonder who requested that. I look forward to visits with Priscilla because I feel like she cares about me and she doesn't rush me out of there. She listens.

Priscilla Turner has been wonderful to work with over the last couple of years. I've had some rough patches with Depression and Anxiety and she cared very deeply about me and my issues. Honestly I don't think I'd still be alive without her.
