Dr. Pan and staff are top notch. I feel confident that I'm receiving the best possible care.

This was my first visit. Dr Pan was clear, concise, and thorough in her explanations. Going forward (aka getting older), it is reassuring to have good doctors in a good practice to rely on.

Nice people

Dr. was thorough and took notes, explained possible causes and solutions with recommendations. Very friendly with nice smile which is always a calming atmosphere when talking with a doctor about what could be a very serious issue.

I wish some of my other Doctors were as personable and took as much time to explain things and most of all took time to really listen to how I was feeling and helping me verbalize all the symptoms I have. And therefore truly understanding what I was feeling, the pain I deal with, and offering solutions that will help. She doesn't make feel like my pain is unimportant or imagined or imply that maybe it's because I'm depressed as another doctor recently so quickly seemed to imply after meeting me for the first time and only talking to me for a few minutes. So yes.... She is the best the absolute best.

Dr. Pan is a wonderful physician. I feel like she explains things in a way that easy to understand and she listens to my concerns. I appreciate her advice and attention to my health with my given concerns. I would highly recommend this office to anyone as everyone I have spoken to there has been amazing.

Dr Pan had incredible bedside manners. She treated my mother with respect, listened to alll of our questions and concerns and really took her time with us to try and get to the root of the issue. Happy to have her as our Neurologist !!!!

This center was fine. It was scheduling that demonstrated miss communication. I was told by neuro PA that I could be seen at Upper Valley. When I called there I was told they didn't have any appoints in the near future for a post hospital visit and that they couldn't override the schedule. I was directed to the main campus scheduling and told them what the Upper Valley office said. Was told they didn't do any scheduling for Upper Valley and referred me back to Upper Valley. When I said they already said they didn't have an appointment they gave me main campus or Centerville office. I selected Centerville because the main campus is to confusing to navigate. Poor communication between offices makes you wonder about the quality of care. Poor first impression but luckily the office experience was perfect.

Dr. Rachel Pan and staff were wonderful!! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Pan was very easy to talk to and was very attentive to making sure I received the best treatment to alleviate my chronic migraine pain.

Dr Pan has been wonderful in both of my interactions with her The office staff at CNSI are somewhat difficult to work with, particularly through MyChart (lack of responding to messages/not submitting correct documentation/difficult to communicate with/somewhat disrespectful). They tend to be easier to talk with over the phone or in person than they are on MyChart.

All staff were very kind and personable. Facility was clean and nicely decorated.

Dr and supporting staff we exceptional. Spoke clearly, good eye contact, listened with intent to understand to answer any questions. I appreciated the Dr was willing to work with me on my expectations for a health care plan going forward.

New provider interaction was a positive experience. Provider listened well, seemed knowledgeable about my medical history, and offered insight into future treatment. Nurse rooming me and prepping for appointment was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. As far as the NeuroScience Institute handling dispersal of patients, not entirely happy that I now have to travel 50 minutes one way as opposed to 20 minutes (North Campus vs South Campus). I was informed that the provider that IS available at North Campus only does injections and does not do medication refills, which seems a bit odd and lacking. I believe there is a better long term solution, so hoping this is temporary. Lastly, the front desk staff at NeuroScience Institute South Campus - not impressed. I felt unwelcome and a bother checking in and scheduling my next appointment. No smiles as one checked boxes on the computer while the other scrolled through her cell phone. Maybe I'm spoiled by the treatment at North Campus (give those two girls at North Campus kudos) or maybe the girls at South were having a bad day, but was not a good first impression.
