She and her medical student asked several questions and listened very carefully to my responses.

Dr Pan listens very well and does make referrals to another specialist when she is not for sure what is going on.

Yesterday I felt that finally I had someone who really listened to what I had to say about my condition.

Dr.Pan Was open with what she discussed with me about my health and what she thinks will be my health as I go with what it seems I will live with. As long as she is giving my problem attention I can follow her instructions.

The Neurological institute lacks providers that have skills and knowledge regarding autoimmune related neurolgical conditions which is clearly growing in disease impact today. It was shocking to me. The institute appears to know more about pushing drugs than finding root causes. Very disappointed. My first appointment was originally scheduled with a nurse practitioner (knew nothing about autoimmune related neurological issues) and I got that changed to Dr. Pan who also knew nothing in this arena. Total waste of time.

Although only my first appointment, I was very impressed with Dr Pan. She was very thorough in her assessment and knowledgeable about my medical concerns. I look forward to future appointments with Dr Pan. Thank you.

I wish some of my other Doctors were as personable and took as much time to explain things and most of all took time to really listen to how I was feeling and helping me verbalize all the symptoms I have. And therefore truly understanding what I was feeling, the pain I deal with, and offering solutions that will help. She doesn't make feel like my pain is unimportant or imagined or imply that maybe it's because I'm depressed as another doctor recently so quickly seemed to imply after meeting me for the first time and only talking to me for a few minutes. So yes.... She is the best the absolute best.

Dr. Pan is a wonderful physician. I feel like she explains things in a way that easy to understand and she listens to my concerns.
