Great visit, nice people, good doctor.

Dr Shaver was so very good, after I told him this one medication put 25 pounds on me in like 2 weeks. Dr Shaver looked at the paperwork and figured out how much weight I had gained and changing medicine right away....But we have to wait quite awhile until I start it.Because of a allergic reaction to another pill from another doctor..So we didn't want to figure out what pill I would be allergic too if I broke out......He explained all my testing he done good...thank you hope you all have a great weekend.

I have problems using MyChart I need other ways to receive my test results and updates on things like it use to be my current test results are in and I can't retrieve my results. That's why I said somewhat on one of the question.

Dr.Shaver and the staff at this office is always amazing and nice and courteous! I have been here for many years and will remain here! This office knows me better than anyone in my life! They all make me comfortable!Mr.Shaver is a fabulous doctor and I would actually follow him if he ever went anywhere else! He knows me so well and that makes me so comfortable! He listens and hears me out! I feel comfortable in his hands with my health! Thank you everyone here you all are so wonderful! Keep up the great work everyone!

We are very pleased with Dr. shaver and the office staff

My experience is always pleasant. The staff members are very understanding and empathetic. I love to consult with the staff members because they are always available whenever I need someone to talk to. The staff members are very active listeners.

Everyone at the front desk was warm and got me checked in and out confidentially and accurately. The nurse and Dr. Shaver were professional and kind. I appreciate the whole staff.

Everyone in office were amazing

Everyone was informative, friendly, efficient and just plain nice, from the older woman receptionist in the lobby to the black nurse that rode up in the elevator with cupcakes, to the receptionists in the doctor's office to the doctor himself. They all did you proud and made me feel comfortable., welcome and informed.

Everyone there was incredibly kinda and friendly. Made sure I was comfortable. Dr shaver was very thorough, listened super well, and asked lots of questions. Which are huge green flags to me! I was very happy with my visit!

Nothing but I usually feel like Dr Shaver take my seizures seriously...But this visit seemed as if he was sitting there not rushing but worried about me...

I did an online visit and they said to be online 15 minutes before my appointment and I sat there and finally a minute before my appointment I was called to get my insurance and those questions. They need to change it to 5 minutes as I was at lunch and wasted 15 minutes waiting when I didn't need too.
