Abigail (Abby) Burg, PT is a Physical Therapist in Trenton, OH. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2025 and her Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2022, both from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. 

Abby specializes in pelvic health physical therapy and treats patients with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum, diastasis recti, and constipation. Techniques and treatments may include pelvic floor strength/neuromuscular training, internal/external manual therapy techniques, pressure control training, nervous system downregulation, and toileting techniques.

Abby also specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and treats patients with joint pain, back pain, and those who are post-operative surgery. Techniques and treatments may include cupping, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, Kinesio taping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).

Abby became a physical therapist to help people get back to the activities they love - whether that’s playing a sport, returning to work, or simply moving through daily life with less pain and more confidence. She is passionate about guiding each person through their unique recovery journey and supporting them in reaching their goals.

Abby's background in sports include playing volleyball throughout middle and high school which helped to fuel her interest in movement, injury prevention, and performance. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches both rehabilitation and functional training with her patients.

Over time, Abby has developed a special interest in pelvic floor physical therapy, particularly during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She loves being able to support individuals through such a transformative time, helping them feel empowered, informed, and physically strong.
