Totally professional at all levels.

The receptionist was unfriendly and rude. I made a polite suggestion to improve customer service and she argued with me about it. I mentioned that she could have said she would consider it or look into it and thanked me for bringing it to her attention, instead she escalated it into an argument. Her ability communicate was on the level of a third grader with the use of double negatives and should be resigned to position that does not deal directly with patients, especially not at the front desk. I was a horrible experience and I left very upset.
