Adam S. Deardorff, MD

Adam Deardorff, MD, PhD, is a highly trained neurologist with a deep commitment to patient care and research. He earned his medical degree, Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience and Physiology, and Master of Science in Anatomy from Wright State University. Following his neurology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dr. Deardorff completed a neuromuscular medicine fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. 

Dr. Deardorff is board certified in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Deardorff is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. 

Dr. Deardorff is the Neuromuscular Disorders Director at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute with Premier Health. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences and in the Department of Neuroscience, Cell Biology, and Physiology. He serves as an adjunct instructor at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Department of Neurology. Read Dr. Deardorff’s publications.  

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys running, playing guitar and the ukulele, and music.
