I have been going to Dr. Karim for many years, and I'm VERY happy working with him and his staff. Everyone in the office is polite, friendly and helpful. The office is clean, open and brightly lite. I have never left feeling uncomfortable.

I have been at this foctord office 3 times in the past two weeks. One to have my pacemaker checked, one to see the PA, and the final time to see Dr.Karim. The entire office staff and nurses were awesome! Friendly, kind, informative. They should be trainers for other medical staffs!!!

Overall, great experience !

Having to use transportation provided by someone due to the weather, I arrived 45 minutes early. After checking in, I joked with the receptionist about playing games on my phone. The receptionist smiled & replied that the dr will see me as soon as possible. I no sooner sat down to get ready to play games, I was called back. The nurse said Dr Karim would take me now! After my appointment, I walked out soon after my originally scheduled time! I sure appreciated his taking me as soon as I arrived instead of waiting till my scheduled appointment. The staff, nurses, & dr Karim were very pleasant & attentive.

I absolutely love working with my physican and this facility! I always receive great care. Over the many years, I've only experienced one appointment that I felt was a long wait for the actual visit. Dr. Karim and staff are great! Dr. Abdul was great, as well as Dr. A. It really is a wonderful feeling when I visit this facility. It's clean, the staff is friendly and courteous from the time I check-in, until I check-out. Even if a report is not overwhelming great, it's still a very good visit! I feel that it is a partnership. Genuine care! By choice I would not go anywhere else for my Cardiovascular care. Thank you for taking such excellent care of me!!

The texts, emails and automated calls that begin almost a week before appointment are not only very annoying, but unneeded. For each premier provider that i see i am getting an annoying amount of notifications. A simple day before reminder is sufficiant. Other than that my visits with Dr. Karim are great. He and his staff have taken good care of me.
