Aleighia Mayle, LPCC

Aleighia Mayle, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with young adults and adults, particularly those between the ages of 20 and 40. She helps clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, people-pleasing behaviors, depression, perfectionism, LGBTQ+ concerns, and trauma-related challenges.

Aleighia takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

Outside of her professional life, Aleighia enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her beloved dog, Lily.
