The practice was amazing. The providers and staff wanted my best.

The office staff is always friendly and eager to help. I have never had to wait more than a little past my appointment time. When the Dr comes in the room I never feel rushed, he takes the time to explain what he is diagnosing.

Dr Shikhman is a very good surgeon, left no visible scars on my finger .?

pleasant and comfortable experience

He was 50 min+ late and didn't seem very knowledgeable on treatment options. I asked about a well known treatment and he sort of dismissed it at first then contradicted himself later. I might still go with him but I'm definitely getting a second opinion.

No complaints!

I was relieved when the doctor said I would only need 2-3 days off work. I was shocked when the doctor said he doesn't fill out FMLA paperwork. A health care provider should understand that people need time off work to care for their health. I recognize some people disagree with employers using short term disability coverage as a way to attract talent. However, FMLA is unpaid. Recognizing that an employee wants to keep their job should be easy to understand. The powers that be at your organization shouldn't allow the physicians you employ to decide someone needing surgery should get an unnecessary attendance occurrence at work. It became a federal program because it's needed. Please rethink your policy.

Very good experience, I liked Dr.Shickman.

The provider didn't order any testing but did refer me to neurology to be evaluated and have that provider order testing. I went to see him for one thing and the visit changed to something else that I was confused about. It's ok to say, "thank you for your time, but honestly your issue is something that doesn't need treatment or surgery at this time". I was very much confused when I left and may or may not accept the neurology referral - I wasn't prepared for my visit to go in that direction.

Doctor gave good information and listened to my concerns.

Good people, but from the time I went into the exam room, it was rushed... which I was uncomfortable with. To the best of my knowledge, one concern was not addressed. I do believe the doctor knew his field of expertise.

Pleasant staff. This was my first visit. Dr. Shikhman was very pleasant and explained what was happening.
