Great staff and doctor!!

Seems to be an issue with a transistion of medical history from one system to another. They had my supplemental insurance with a company I have not used and a supplement in drugs that my wife takes but not me.

I liked Dr. Diaz a lot. She was very helpful.

Dr Diaz always asks and listens to what is going on with you, examines and gives her professional opinion and suggested follow up or treatment. She may give you choices which makes you feel like you are part of the process.

I'm so thankful that I found Dr Diaz. The receptionists are great. Friendly and kind and efficient. I very rarely have to wait to get into the exam room. The MA's were thorough and understanding. Dr. Diaz is very warm and listens to me. She actually thinks about what things could be. And she takes action. I appreciate her and will continue to see her for as long as I need a Pcp.

I came to the practice after being dissatisfied with my former pcp. Dr Diaz has been wonderful in all areas. I feel like we are a team in my healthcare. She's great!

I have complete confidence in my doctor

Everyone was very nice. However, the computer froze so that it took around 15 minutes to get checked in. This meant a delay in actually getting taken back on time. If a computer is frozen, the staff taking patients back to the rooms should be informed that the patient is there but that the computer system is currently not working.

It was a peaceful, relaxing visit. I feel that I am well taken care of , and encouraged to. e more proactive in my health decisions.

Dr. Diaz called me back after multiple attempts at a video chat. She was very helpful.

Dr Diaz was very thorough and very reassuring. I'm in pretty good health for someone my age and she made me feel positive about that but also was direct about areas to improve.

Wait times were minimal. This is important to me because my time is valuable I hate waiting all afternoon to see a doctor when my appointment was a hour ago.

My wait was very short. Dr. Diaz came in right after the nurse left. We went through my items and discussed. I went for xrays and that was very quick also, no wait. The whole time I was at the facility was 75 minutes and everything was completed.

I am very happy with Dr Diaz, she listens and provides excellent feedback and plans.
