Alex was a new nurse practitioner I had not seen before. I was impressed with her and her patience to explain what was going on with my pump and show me the reports and explain them. She is very personable and seemed to have a lot of knowledge. I liked her a lot. The girls out front were very nice and efficient. It was a very good informative visit.

Providers are great

The staff at the Bull Center are amazing. I've learned so much valuable information. I wish all medical facilities were like the Bull Center. I feel like the doctor's are truly concerned about my health and to help in any way they can. I am thankful we have this high quality facility in our area to help those with diabetes navigate this disease without judgements.

Great provider and staff

I appreciate that my concerns are always taken care of. I also appreciate that I've never put on hold and had to leave a voicemail. Someone listens to what my issues are gets that information to a medical provider and the medical provider calls me back within a few minutes no other doctor that I have provides that greatest service.

Staff was great and PA was excellent. Appointment was right on time and follow up with staff was awesome. Great team work. I think you all need a big fat raise in the new year.

Was a very good appointment.

Everyone is so courteous and friendly at this office! Alex is a great listener, very knowledgeable and really reassured me that I was on the right track and improving.

Because of traffic congestion I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. The provider would not see me and asked I see her assistant who kept me waiting approximately 20 minutes to see me. It wasn't okay for me to be 5 minutes late but okay for me to wait 20 for her assistant. I was quite upset.

I was a few minutes late due to traffic and was told I should have arrived 15 minutes prior to appt so unable to see the doctor I had already sent them my pump info and was fully paid up. They decided I could see the pa But would have to wait She was very professional and helpful

The clerks are slacking when I came in and this is often. The one on the right was in the phone and the other two were talking amongst themselves doing something but not one of the two stopped what they were doing to greet me. When I was Tell me now to check out he's staying there like who's it going to take me LOL he wasn't even doing anything on the right. My providers are always good, the clerks that need to do a better job when people come in and leave you shouldn't be waiting there for them to figure out when they are going to say Hi, let me get you checked in

Alexandra was very attentive to my questions and explained my situation. She also was very encouraging.
