The reception folks were so helpful. I asked for a schedule card, like they do in the past and the receptionist said you can find your next appointment in MyChart. It maybe helpful to continue to give cards and then also let the client know that you can always go into MyChart to view your upcoming appointments instead of directing a client directly to MyChart. It sometimes feels like you can look it up yourself and not very client focused. Even a question from the receptionist like, would you like an appointment card for your next appointment??? Some people like the cards so they can use them when they get home to make updates in their schedule and some people may not have MyChart or be able to access. Thanks!

Allison took the time to listen to me and offer options to me. She looked up something to clarify for me as well when determining whether a test was needed or not.

Staff is amazing. This was my first time seeing Allison since my other provider left the practice and she made me feel entirely comfortable during my exam. She listened empatheticly about my concern and offered a plan I agreed with and explained what to expect going forward.

Overall this was the best this type of appointment could be. Allison has always been very understanding of any issues I have or had and she takes the time to listen and try to help or show concern. She explained clearly the changes as I age in the need to still come just not as often and how insurance pays. I appreciated all of her input.

Allison is wonderful and is an asset to the office. She listened intently to my concerns and answered my question. She treated me with great care and made me feel comfortable.

I had a good visit and I'm hoping to resolve this issue with my new prescription from NP Allread. The only thing I noted was the woman shadowing. She looked very unhappy to be there and her scowl made the air in the room uncomfortable. She doesn't have to smile, but I feel that it's important to be aware of your body language when you work with people.
