I had a great experience at my appointment. I was a new patient and they all made me feel very comfortable. They listened to my concerns and the provider has a terrific bedside manner and is very professional. I will continue all future appointments at this provider.

After the nurse asked me what my appointment was for and left the room, I heard her and the doctor talking outside of the door. I could clearly hear them talk about my symptoms, and then about thirty seconds later I heard the nurse say "well I feel bad for her but..." I have a past history of an STD and am currently struggling with chronic BV, but regardless have only been with one partner. I knew they were talking about me because I had my appointment first thing in the morning and was the first to be taken back. After she said that, they continued on to talk about "weird" patients they have. I found this to be very upsetting to hear, and was more upset when that same nurse came in to help with the vaginal swabs. The doctor herself was digging her nails into my skin during the exam, and when I told her she didn't react at all. I could tell she did not want to treat me at all, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have always had very good experiences with nurse partitioners, but this was unacceptable.

This was my first time with Amanda so I was very nervous going in, but she and her aid put me at ease and I am so glad I finally made that appointment I had been dreading to go to.

An attempt was made to order a breast MRI, but once Medicare denied, the subject was dropped, no help or advice was given. It took forever to even look at the schedule of the NP, could not be scheduled online. Compared to the other 2 medical professionals I have seen at your office, this NP was just so so. Probably will not see again.

It seemed like she wanted to complete the exam and be done. While she listened to me I had to ask questions multiple times to get answers answer.

This provider was new to me but she was overall great. She listened to my needs and wants, we came up with a short term plan and what to do if it doesn't work. I was very pleased leaving my appointment.
