I have had a great experience with this provider and I wouldn't change if I don't have to. I am always in a good mood when I leave and know exactly what is happening with my health with his guidance.

There were two receptionists, both working at computers, when we came through the door. Neither one of them acknowledged our presence. I didn't know which one to go to to check in and so I went to the one that was the closest. I put my things on the counter and started to get out my ID card knowing that she would need it. She didn't look up or say anything. But the one farthest away from me finally said that she could help me down at her station, after I had already gotten ready at the closest one. My first impression was that someone could have acknowledged me when I walked in the door and told me which receptionist would check me in.

He was very thorough with explanations and follow up plans.

Dr Goyal and his PA are so professional and courteous.

All aspects of my treatment, care and personnel are top notch, very professional. I have a detrimental comment regarding the automated calls and texts reminding me of my upcoming appointments. They are way too numerous and wasteful. They continue even after I have confirmed my appointments. I spend more time answering the phone and texts than I do with my Doctor at that appointment. I had 9 calls and texts before my appointment this last time. It was postponed due to bad weather. Rescheduled appointment was handled promptly, within 24 hours I received 3 automated calls and texts to remind me of my rescheduled appointment. That makes 12 the total number of calls. I've never gotten to spend 10 minutes with my Cardiologist, He's very thorough, but busy and highly regarded. My time is also valuable, please change the policy and method of confirming appointments. This is disrespectful of my time and effort.

I happened to arrive early, was taken back to an exam room for the preliminaries, and saw the doctor right on time. He was pleasant and answered my questions clearly. The quickest, most efficient doctor appointment I have had in years. Very satisfied.

I love Dr Goyal, but he is so booked with his patients that it is not easy to get an appt with him outside my annual visit. I see his wonderful PA the six months that I do not see Dr Goyal. Perhaps it's because I am somewhat healthy and need only to see him for routine exam and prescriptions. I am not being critical, just saying he is a very busy doctor! I don't want to see anyone else! When I need to ask a question or require his advice, he is super responsive via "My Chart" and answers my questions without delay. I appreciate him so much.

Initially requested appointment at Centerville location. However, appointment was given to Needmore rd which is not favorably

Dr Goyal was great told me to see him in 6 months. COULD' NOT get appointment with him until next MAY 2026. That I do not like
