I'm in a wheelchair and depend on rides from family to get to my appointments. I have an upcoming surgery and needed a quick appointment with Dr. Whitaker to complete the paperwork. Despite the fact that they were booked up I was able to get an appointment on the only day that I had a ride. Time after time Dr. Whitaker and her staff go above and beyond to help me overcome my health issues.

Dr. Whitaker is very thorough and I really appreciate her knowledge and interpersonal manner. She uses an AI transcription program so she can pay more attention to me during the visit, which is nice. Too many doctors spend the whole visit with their heads buried in computer entry.

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of every staff member I encountered. Dr. Whitaker was exactly what I was looking for, after my physician of 20+ years left the area. She addressed all of my concerns, and ensured I had no questions before leaving the room. AAAAA+++++

Dr. Whitaker spends as much time with me as I need. I come in with concerns and questions and she answers them completely and in a way I can understand. She also told me to call or text concerns on My Chart any time and that I did not have to wait until my appointment. She made me feel like my health issues were very important and she would take as much time as I required to alleviate or mitigate my health issues.

Dr. Whitaker is comfortable, listens and takes health history into account. She explained my options well and in a manner easy to understand. I thought I would struggle to find another good provider when my previous one moved, but I'm happy with Dr Whitaker so far.

This is a very good example of Premiere's dedication to their patients. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

We greatly appreciate Dr. Amy. She reached out to us to immediately schedule an appointment. She spent extra time answering our questions. She developed a pain and med management plan that is clear to us and easy to follow.

Dr Whitaker is always kind, taking her time with me, answering all questions and giving me options for treatment. Today was no exception-this was a scheduled appointment but I had other issues that had come up and she easily adapted the appointment to address the issues as well as taking care of the regular appointment. I feel blessed to have found Dr Whitaker and look forward to her being my doctor for many years.

Medical assistant did not listen when I told date of birth and therefore screwed up my chart with another patients and this took 15 min away be able to spend more time with provider and this really created an issue since provider did not have correct chart at first to look over as a new patient. Hopefully going forward wont have this issue, not a great way to start as a new patient.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. They are not rushed. Answer all questions.

The appointment for both of us went very well.

The appointment was to remove staples that were placed on an emergency basis while I was out of the area.

Nurse smiled and was caring and compassionate and shared joy. Her explanation to the doctor about my losses, helped the doctor too immediately be compassionate with me. The doctor was thorough and really listens and explains info she tells me. She shared and explained the hospice bereavement including the contact number in my paperwork. The nurse gave me the paperwork. pointed out the phone number and encouraged me. To know the nurse and doctor really care, have good advice and are thorough is encouraging with not only my physical health, but my emotional well-being as well.
