This provider offers me information about my condition. The support staff treats me as a valued patient. The provider understands my health issues physical as well as mental struggles. Getting older is very challenging for me as opposed to other widows my age. I feel grounded and supported

Doctor was very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and concerns and responded without being rushed. Took her time and carefully offered explanations and always informed me of what she was doing and why.

Dr. was great during an uncomfortable test. Receptionist had the personality of a rock. Office was very difficult to locate from parking garage - telling which Elevator (Elevator A) to use definitely makes a difference.

Polite and helpful

I was told the results would be available either that evening or the next day in mychart. Unfortunately, after 6 days, I'm still waiting to hear. The ordering physician requested I call the EMG department to ask the where the results were as well. The patient (me) continues in severe pain not understanding the delay.

My entire visit was quite pleasant. The doctor was wonderful and very gentle.

It was a terrible experience. The medical information I completed in the waiting room was never collected, none of my concerns were addressed, and I was left in the exam room waiting for someone to come back and no one ever did. It was very difficult for me to travel to this appointment because of my medical condition, even with assistance. I came because I am in desperate need of quality, comprehensive medical care. I left feeling that the doctor couldn't have cared less.

Dr Dockry was very patient got me in to my zoom meeting early it went smoothly. Merry Christmas

It was fine, I guess. The vibe I got from her was that she has patients with much worse problems than me (which I'm sure is true) and was a little bit like "why are you here" -- kind of perfunctory. But I'm sure the advice she gave me was good.

I am very hopeful that I have finally found the right doctor to help me my right leg pain and weakness.

My experience with the whole staff was awesome. I was treated with the utmost respect. This was my 1st visit but I felt like I had been there before. I was extremely impressed.

Dr Dockry really listened to my concerns.

Scary test but done with sensitivity to my panic attacks. I greatly appreciated that.

I arrived early but they got me in right away. There was very little wait time for the entire visit. The doctor made me feel comfortable and was very nice. The procedure went smoothly. Thank you!

The tests my doctor ordered is not what the doctor had scheduled. Also it was supposed to be a federal workmans comp billing but I had to use my private insurance even though my case number was on the order

From the front desk person ( who greeted me kindly and professionally). To the nurse assistant , and the doctor, I felt confident that I had a great team. They all provided attention and care. Wonderful team glad to have them.

I had an EMG at this facility. I did not find the person who did my blood pressure, etc, to be friendly. I also thought the doctor was only trying to get the procedure done. A little more care or concern would have been welcomed.

The test provider did ok, just needed a little more interaction and compassion. She just seemed so cold and distant.

Dr Dockry did a very good job. She was very mindful of my pain level & proceeded with care.

The instructions to and the availability of the office was by far very challenging. With being a new patient locating the office was extremely difficult. The worse part of the experience was the very,very long walk to arrive to the office,especially since the reason I had an appointment was to pinpoint the problems I have been having with my back. Walking long distances is extremely painful to put it lightly. It might be a wise decision on your part to relate explicit directions where the best place to park and correct elevators to use and to advise if the patient may need to be accompanied by someone you would be able to help with the journey.

Everyone was very nice and professional.

The Doctor was very attentive and accommodating.

All around very professional and pleasant .
