Dr Diller is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He and his staff always do an amazing job.

The waiting room had a family with a small child out of control. It made for an uncomfortable situation and the staff was in an unpleasant time. At one point the child threw something at the registrar through the open window where she sat. Felt bad for staff. It was bad for staff to settle themselves but they tried their best.

I have a good experience when I go there. The doctor helps answer any questions about my medical history which I've had some serious medical problems in the last 2 years. The staff also helps with any questions that I might have

Just love the office staff. I'm older, and they are patient with me. Dr. Diller is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to let me talk. Most Dr's rush in , see ya 6 months and out the door. Not him. He's just a wonderful person.

Staff at this facility are very good. Nurse that took blood was able to get the vein. Dr. Diller is very easy to talk to and answers questions that you might have.

This was a new patient visit. Blood work was done 2 weeks prior requested from a different Dr. and was the same as would have been done at this facility, so no new tests were needed.

I had a terrible summer dealing with swollen legs and ankles. I was never told what the cause was at this location. I researched the problem and discovered it was probably lymphedema. I then requested an appointment and asked for a recommendation to a vascular doctor. I waited several weeks to get in to an appointment. I was told it is indeed lymphedema. Then this past week at PT the therapist said my legs will never look the same because it has taken so long for the to be diagnosed. Am I upset, yes, as I have suffered with this since April.

The medical staff in the office are very prompt and work efficiently to get you in and out in a timely manner, while still making sure that medical issues are addressed and that I have the information that I need.

I don't think Premier gives their doctors time to sufficiently care for their patients. 15 minutes hardly gives time to discuss medical problems and/ or issues. I wrote a page out of issues and concerns before we went in and handed to the nurse, otherwise we would not have even finished with that in 15 minutes.

I called between my 6 month appointment to see if there might be an opening and I received an appt. that afternoon. Checking in is always good. Wait time was about 5 minutes. Dr. Diller was great, as always. He listens to the reason for the visit, diagnose the problem, then gave me a prescription. Visit great, as usual!

This Office is great the service is great and Dr. Diller is GREAT! The only thing that is not great is the parking lot. Premier should be ashamed of the image that the parking lot give the impression that you don't care about the patients in the smaller offices. I guess we are not important to you.
