Dr. Shultz is one of the best doctors I have had. He actually listens, cares, and helps resolve your issues. I am saddened he will be leaving the practice. Not easy finding a doctor you can trust with your health. He has an excellent staff also.

When I checked in the receptionist wouldn't use my Health Insurance card number and gave me different Health Insurance card number. I knew this was wrong, but I didn't debate it because there were patients waiting behind me. My HR manager called back later and corrected it. I think the health network had a new system that wasn't working right??

Well, trust is a critical element in any relationship. I am extremely unhappy recently finding that Premier's computers were hacked a year and half ago and all my personal information breached! After a year and a half has passed, the letter said I needed to take action. Thanks Premier for telling us soon after noticing a hack. Thanks Premier.

Dr Schulz was very kind and professional during this appointment. He explained what he was doing (I needed stitches removed along with a post ER followup). He was very careful removing the stitches (some were tricky to get). Dr. Schulz did a great job.

Appointment was at 8:30. I walked out an hour later having Medicare exam, conversation with Dr Schulz, blood drawn,flu shot and hip X-ray after the Dr suggested. X-ray experience was just as good.

I appreciate the care I receive from Dr Schulz and his staff.

My provider talks to me with respect and answers my questions. We work as a Team making sure I get healthy and stay healthy.

I was pleased I was able to get an appointment for the same day that I called. Much less suffering during the following few days because I was able to get medication right away.

Met all expectations.

Reception needs to be challenged on sitting up in their seat when approached rather than slouching back in their chair. Greet with a smile and speak in a tone that is easily recognizable. I am thankful that I can address this issue here. This is the 2nd poor experience I have encountered when checking in. The other was 6 months ago.
