Height and weight are not accurate resulting in a higher BMI than is measured with different systems. Staff spent time communicating not just checking boxes. I appreciate the time spent. Dr. Shah listens to the patient; she does not only look at the test results.

I scheduled an appointment for the following week for an acute issue and was called back by the office. They made me aware of same day appointments available on the next day. The staff was excellent! There was even a follow-up call to make sure I received the care items and to check how I was progressing. It was my first Telehealth appointment and I was very pleased. I was able to recover in the comfort of my home not sitting in an office with other sick people waiting to be seen. Kudos!

My provider was out of town. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Shah the same day for a very bad urinary track infection. I was in a lot of pain and was so grateful that she was able to work me in.

One of the things I like about seeing Dr Shah if you have an appointment you get in within five minute of your schedule time. This is a great office starting with the Dr and nurses.
