I just wish Dr Gupta would've listened to me! I tried to explain to him that I had a bad experience with this same procedure YEARS ago. I explained to him that I needed to be put to sleep or given something for anxiety. He did prescribe something for me however it did not work. I'm thankful that he stopped when I asked him to I just wish he would have listened to me so we could've gotten the whole procedure done

I was definitely scared to go. Fearing the worst. Dr. Gupta made me feel comfortable. He gave me the courage to move forward and find answers and solutions that have been ignored by providers in the past! I felt he truly cares. I am so thankful I went to see him!

he was 25 minutes late to see me from my appointment time. No one was available to ask about the timing. I was on a schedule so this was really disappointing. I arrived early and I expect the dr to be on time or someone to let me know how far behind he is running so that I could make a determination to stay or rebook my appointment

Dr. Ankur Gupta is one of the finest doctors we've ever dealt with; very caring, compassionate, thorough. He will often call personally to discuss test results.

It was very courageous of him to change the appointment to a telemedicine because he was ill but still wanted to get the appointment in.

The nurse asked why I come to Dr. Gupta was rude. She asked why I see Dr. Gupta and I told her for Thyroid and diabetes. She then asked what kind of Freestyle that I have and I told her 14 days, then she rudely said that they are all 14 days. She then went on to tell me that they no longer make the 14 day sensor that they are now 15 day because Medicare will not pay for 14 day. She was just rude about everything. I do not know what her name was because she did not say. Dr. Gupta does a great job but I was not happy with the nurse's attitude.

Dr. Gupta is a good listener and asks questions at the visit. I have been seeing him for ten years now. With the change to premier I would like to see my previous records show up on My Chart. Hopefully there is a plan to do this.

Dr. Gupta, is a wonderful and caring, doctor. I have been going to him for years. I wish that he had morning, appointments, as I am getting older and do not like to drive, in the afternoon when traffic is so bad. I know that he teaches at Wright State and he only has afternoon, appointments.
