Great Dr. All went well.

Nurse wasn't the friendliest. Seemed preoccupied, and therefore came across short. Doctor was top notch.

Dr Kalahasthy was so patient with me. He made sure I understood everything that he explained to me. I am going to follow his instructions carefully because he really got through to me.

Dr Kalahasthy was very friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions for my health. Would highly recommend.

No blood work ordered because my cardiologist has blood work done and Dr Kalahasthy ( my family doctor) has access to and tracks these results. Totally professional and personable staff, and also of course Doctor Kalahasthy.

I am very happy with my doctor, not so much with billing this time. The computer system was down at the time of my visit which seems to have caused some confusion with billing. I'm hoping it is resolved soon because as much as I love Dr. Kalahasthy, getting a charge of $325 for a simple routine office visit almost made my heart stop. I have talked with the billing office and they have been very helpful. Now I'm just waiting to see if it gets corrected.

A) The receptionist and nurse who saw me were especially friendly and helpful. B) I was pleased with the range of tests the doctor ordered and that he's taking an incremental approach to lower my blood pressure: diet modification first. C) By the time I reached home a couple hours later, the doctor had the results of my chest X-ray and had interpreted it and messaged me the results in MyChart. Wow!

Nursing staff is awesome ?

The online schedule showed no openings so I was going to go to urgent care but he explained that "day of" appts show up after midnight. That was not clear to me looking at the online system. He answered the my chart within a day which is great and told me to call the office to schedule instead. Very accommodating!

Dr Kalahasthy is always very professional and patient with his patients. He takes the time to explain your health issues.

I am a new patient and this was my first visit. We had a good visit and my doctor went over everything he found on my chart. Then he also asked me to have my records transferred over from my previous Doctor Who is not part of Premier health. They also offered a flu vaccine and I went ahead and did that as well. Sometime after I get my records transferred over we will have another appointment to go over a more complete view of my medical history.

I was contacted four times to verify that I was coming to this appointment. I believe one should be sufficient. The other three are on the verge of harassment.

I was sick and called the office and was given an appointment for an hour later!

The office is very organized. I never have a long wait and I'm always given the opportunity to ask questions.

I wish Dr would have Blood work done before appointment so he could discuss the results especially if you have a chronic condition and you have questioned about a certain health issue you have wondered about in the last visit you had.

The MA wasn't friendly but everyone else was pleasant

When I arrived there were 2 reception areas. Both had someone at them. Not sure which to go to I stood in the middle of both and was ignored. No eye contact or recognition that I was there. I just sat down not sure why I wasn't at least acknowledged (other than 1 was on the phone and other was doing something). A few minutes later 1 of them asked if I had been helped. Obviously not. They both had been there and neither had acknowledged me. After this the rest of the visit was excellent. Just a bit awkward at the beginning. Should not have been that way.

The staff and MD were great. I really do appreciate them. There was a problem with the air conditioner and I noted that several people in the waiting room was having difficulty with their breathing/comfort. I was beginning to become uncomfortable d/t the temperature. I am hoping that the air is fixed before my next appointment. If it is not, I might have to find another MD to take care of me.
