Dr. Herbert is great. She listens and gives you a chance to have a say in your plan of care. I'm very happy with her.

Dr. Herbert spent a good amount of time for my annual physical and I did not feel rushed. She listened to my answers and didn't dismiss my comments or concerns.

Dr.Herbert always is professional without being arrogant. I feel that is important in a physician. I'm pretty picky when it comes to doctors. I want them to have all the knowledge that an effective doctor must have, but I want my questions answered without a hint of condescension, I don't want to feel like they are in a hurry to get to next patient, and I want them to have a pleasant personality. Dr. Herbert fills that bill for me. I wouldn't go to a doctor more than once if they didn't. I have been going to her for years.

Love the staff and the bedside mannerism. Dr took time to listen and did not make the appt feel rushed. I was not just another patient. Greatly appreciated.

Provider seems to treat what they want to treat and ignore patient symptoms that they don't want to get involved with.

Very cold not inviting. Super dense personality. Asked what I've done in the meantime to help with any of my symptoms. And clearly I came here as soon as possible. Ordered bloodwork and other things and haven't gotten back to me since.

Did not listen, then shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted an x-ray or mri. Who is the doctor and who is the patient at this point??? Kept babbling on nonsense and started to get loud and defensive for no reason

Dr Herbert and her staff always treat me with the upmost respect. I really feel listened to and that Dr Herbert is in my corner with dealing with my health issues. I appreciate her support!

Dr Herbert and her associates are very welcoming and accommodating. This was my first visit as we recently moved to the area. She came highly recommended and I was very pleased to be able to get to get and appointment.

Dr Herbert had an intern with her, he started my visit, asking questions about why I was there, ....he was understandingly a bit nervous but he was ok...Dr Herbert was obviously a bit stressed when she came in...more so with the intern....but she was nice, mannerly. She pointed out to the intern, how she could tell I was in pain...She said it may be a week before I hear from Middletown for my therapy BUT I got the call this morning & I'm scheduled ....

we both feel lucky that we have a doctor who is kind and understanding.

It was nice to be contacted by provider's office after ER visit. Good to discuss pain management. Didn't get any information from imaging discussion.

Appreciate Dr. Herbert's frankness and attentiveness. Happy that I found her. I don't know how concerning this should be but the nurse who tested my A1C did not put on gloves. I know I will live and it is not major, but anything with blood I would think would require gloves. Second time so I am mentioning it here. Otherwise she was very nice.

I love Dr. Herbert. She makes you feel like family. But when it comes to tough topics, she is definitely the boss, like one of your elders, even though I believe I am way older. I even got my son to see her and he is more skeptical of doctors than I am, and he loves her too.
