The staff, especially the nursing staff, are always pleasant, thoughtful, thorough and VERY caring. They make the visit a pleasant experience.

I like being able to schedule early appointments, 7am-7:15 etc and that the nurse takes care of this rather than reception.

Extremely pleasant and great staff

Ashley and her staff listen so well and take all my concerns seriously. She takes her time explaining things to me. When I leave the office I feel better, not just cuz I am getting care, but I feel confident that she is doing the right thing for me. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, even the space itself is seasonal and just makes you feel at ease.

I am a Kettering Health employee, and although I love the network that I work for. I could not find a Dr in my Network that could see me in a reasonable time & after seeing 2 Dr's. I decided to try Premier again. I am glad I did.

My only complaint, and it is petty, is the aesthetic of the office. I moved from Kettering to Premier over philosophical reasons but I miss their facilities.

Ashley has been pushing me to get a sleep apnea test which I would be happy to due at home but she don't want that. She is a smart mouth person she is not confident in her decisions. I feel she is making me sicker by wanting to up my blood pressure meds. She is not a good physician assistant. I will be looking for another doctor. I feel every time I go in to the office that she don't want you to use supplements to wean yourself off of the harsh medicine that she prescribes. She is very quick to see that I went to a digestive Dr and was wanting to prescribe more meds. I believe she is a lot like the bad Dr who just wants to make a person sicker by prescribing more pills and don't listen to her patients.

All the staff here are very nice and ashley was very nice and very good at explaining everything and very respectful.

1st appointment went very well. She took the stress out of the appointment and made you feel like a person vs a cow in a holding pen. I appreciate that very much.

Ashley was encouraging about my small progress with weight loss. She offered to adjust my meds if needed and suggested other potential causes for my headaches. I appreciate Ashley's care.

Friendly and helpful staff

The office follow-up on prescriptions has been less than desirable. Twice now, we have had to repeatedly follow up with them to get corrections made on prescriptions they sent in with errors, before the pharmacy was able to fill them. This has caused a delay in getting the needed meds.

Ashley Barr listens carefully and is knowledgeable and caring.
