I was in a hurry because of an unexpected appointment after this one and the provider respected that.

Everyone in this office is amazing. Audrey is absolutely wonderful and answers any question I have. She takes her time and I never feel rushed with her.

This was my first appointment with Audrey and she was so kind. Really the entire staff at Premier was kind and helpful! I will definitely be coming back.

Everything is always normal. Probably too many patients in the practice

As an expecting mom who is already 30 weeks along, I was switching to this practice for the higher level of care Miami Valley Hospital can provide for me and my baby. The process of getting my records sent and getting me schedule for a new patient visit was painless. On the day of my appointment, the office staff were all super nice and accommodating. The facilities were absolutely gorgeous at Berry. Everything was very clean and high tech. The appointment with Audrey was great. She talked through all the details going on in my pregnancy and what to expect with visits and delivery through their practice. She helped make sure we have a collaborative plan in place with the other specialists my baby will need at birth. In addition, she was happy to work with me to help make a new gestational diabetes diagnosis easier to manage. I am very confident this office and hospital will provide the best outcomes for me and my baby at delivery.

I haven't been to an appointment in a very very long time. I didn't feel judged for not going or anything. Audrey and her nurse were absolutely great. And I realized that it wasn't so bad and will continue to keep up with them from now on.

After going to three other obgyn offices, I am thrilled with my service at this location. Not only was the entire staff kind, but they were attentive and answered every question that I had. I also appreciate that I was not rescheduled over and over as I was at the other offices. I am excited to be with this office and will be maintaining my stay with them.

I really like everyone in this practice. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I feel like I'm being listened to during my visits. Audrey in particular is really great.

This is now my 4th appointment in a row that I have been left in my room for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. I am very understanding and know that things happen and some appointments run longer than other, and things come up and that is something out of anybody's control. However it is frustrating that it seems to be an occurrence every time, leading me to believe it's more of a scheduling issue or something along those lines. There is also a lack of communication. In between the nurse and the provider there is so communication to at least let me know they're running behind, or there's an emergency, ect.

Understanding the patient as a person and not a statistic or stereotype seemed difficult for this provider. As the first patient of the day, I was not expecting them to be 30 minutes late. Information was poorly portrayed when asked what I needed to add into my system for me and my baby

The time I spend with someone is great. Everyone is nice and helpful. What frustrates me is that I have to wait close to 30 minutes after my scheduled time to see the provider when I am the very first appt of the day. I try to schedule early as possible to avoid wait but I still end up talking with someone about 5 minutes but being in the office over 45. I am asked to be there 15 minutes early but it doesn't seem like the provider is usually on time.

Audrey was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable as she listened to and addressed all of my concerns. She was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would absolutely recommend her. Her NP student was also very kind and professional. I had a great experience.

Audrey is AMAZING. I have had doctors who haven't believed me or supported me in my symptoms for years. Audrey immediately provided me with the medication and support I needed without me even asking. I've also always felt safe here. Everyone has been incredibly inviting and makes something that is typically a nightmare for me much less intimidating. I appreciated being able to call the office when I got lost and someone guided me to where the office was. With Audrey, I feel believed and unashamed of my symptoms. Previously, with other doctors, I would feel blame for abnormal weight gain, whereas here, I can directly state that symptom without blame, and be supported knowing that it is not my fault due to diagnosis, and receive the medical intervention I need. I don't recall the medical term for the abnormal weight gain related to PCOS, but I appreciated Audrey using that term rather than "weight gain", because there is less shame and stigma attached to it, and speaks directly to the biological process, rather than what we physically look like or weigh. Thank you for creating a safe and welcoming space that provides the needed support and medical intervention.

I like Audrey. I appreciate her gentle demeanor, and she remembered my nephew is battling cancer and asked how he is doing. That was really kind of her to remember. I feel like she remembers me from one year to the next, and always treats me with kindness and respect.

It always feels like home here. Every single person is welcoming. Always feel heard, seen, and completely taken care of.

I felt the intern didn't do anything. I would think listening to my heart would need for you to actually do so. The stethoscope was barely on me from what I could tell. I spoke about being shortness of breath I would have expected listening to my chest would have been necessary.

Excellent and caring team from the registering desk, to the nurse, to the practitioner. I felt very at ease, and I really received personalized care. 100% positive experience. Thank you !

I am grateful to the staff for arranging my appointment. The receptionist did much more than you would usually expect to facilitate this appointment. I was in a great deal of pain and really needed the assistance of a specialist. I am very grateful for everything they did for me and I feel much better today.

Spend more time waiting than you do speaking with provider. Provider did not even look at my chart before speaking with me. Like tells me my genetic testing will be on natera when I had testing done with maternal fet

Audrey was one of the nicest doctors I've ever met!

I have not been with this group very long, but I have always felt heard. Dr Bateman takes time and I have personally experienced excellent patient care.
