I had additional questions after I left the appointment; I called the day after the original appointment to ask the questions and the MA or PA was very helpful. I hung up feeling very satisfied.

My wife and I met with Dr. Ben Bates to discuss an MRI recently ordered by my urologist which showed an image that might be of concern. Dr. Bates explained the options we could consider going forward. We agreed on one. I feel very confident of our decision. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Staff handled everything from there. Timely, knowledgeable and how medical care should be. A team approach.
