The reception/check-in personnel, nursing staff and Dr. Berrettoni have always provided the attention and thorough care that allows you to feel you are respected and are being treated with excellent care.

This office is always easy to work with and does an excellent job with their individual duties. Dr. Berrettoni is always calm and takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with a repair, healing, and any follow up needed.

My wife and I are big fans of Dr. Berrettoni. You may have to wait a little bit to finally see her, but this is made up by the fact that she will spend all the time necessary to answer all of your questions. She is very detail oriented.

I was very happy with my experience with everyone in this practice.

Dr Berrettoni was wonderful. I trusted her and she explained everything! I was so impressed that it was her who came and explained my discharge instructions, as opposed to the discharge nurse. In a my past experiences that had not been the case and can/has caused confusion.

This was my first visit with this provider. I waited in the room after check- in for 45 minutes! She never came in the room to see me, nor did anyone come to inform me that she was running a little behind and would be in shortly. I had to go out to the receptionist and let her know, how long I had waited and that NO ONE EVER CAME IN THE ROOM TO SEE ME. She rescheduled me for another appointment with the Nurse Practitioner for a later date. Very unprofessional!!!!

I had to wait 75 mins before being seen by Dr but when she came in she was very focused and spent plenty of time with me.

She sat down and took her time with me, brought in a hand to show and throughly explain what was going on with me. Always asked me if i undetstood what she was explaining and if i had any questions. My wait was long but I realize it is the end of the year and I am patient. Your signage on the building needs raised. I could barely see the words on the building because of the Trees.

Giving a person or practice the highest rating is not an automatic response for me. Beth and her team truly earned it. She and her staff are the best I've ever known. Beth's approach and professionalism are what all doctors should strive for. Absolutely the best in every way.

My family dr said Dr Berrettoni was the best and I wholeheartedly agree. Her initial greeting was so friendly. She even introduced herself by her first name. Then she told me she wanted to know about me. That was so special. She was thorough as she examined me and taught me as she helped me understand what is going on in my wrist. All around Great Practice and Service.

Our visit with Dr. Berrettoni was a real surprise. I went it for a specific issue with my left hand, and she addressed that in a great way, but she also pointed out several issues I have with both hands. Her explanation of the condition of both hands was done in such a way that I learned a lot. She gave me treatment options and success rates. I was frankly blown away with how wonderful she was. She couldn't have been better!

Dr. Berrettoni was very helpful in answering my questions and actually showing me what was happening with my wrist and elbow with pictures.
