I believe that we overwelm her sometimes. We have a lot of problems and a lot to deal with that it can be overwhelming and sometimes confusing. She listens to us and sometimes it is hard to for me to communicate. It seams my brain does not always get the words out so that others can understand exactly what I mean. Bethany does a pretty good job of figuring out what I am talking about. We had our yearly report for Medicare this last time and it seemed to last a little longer than expected. I will try harder next meeting.

This provider is very caring and always listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions . She is very patient and is never in a hurry. She is the best !!

1st visit I was very pleased

I'm a new patient. It took 2 months to get my first appointment however; that is the only negative thing I can say. Everyone was super nice, courteous, and professional. They were so thorough that they knew more about me in that visit than my previous doctor knew in 19 years! They gave me all my prescriptions, set me up to get a mammogram and set me up for a follow up appt in 3 months. I've never had such great treatment at a medical facility before this. Thank you.
