Everyone in this office is extremely nice, compassionate and supportive. Dr. Pokala was very thorough in explaining everything about the surgery and pre and post operation procedures as well as what changes would take place for me and my life before during and after. The dietitian was extremely helpful and supportive in helping me with meal and snack ideas as well as showing and explaining what I should and shouldn't be eating and what my diet will look like before during and after surgery. The receptionists were also very helpful with paperwork and scheduling. Wonderful practice all around.

Due to my moderate to severe hearing loss and process speed of retaining information. It would be best if the staff could speak more slowly so that I may be able to hear and process any and all information that is being said. During this visit, the staff spoke too fast which was hard for me to keep up and being able to clearly understand and process all the information that was given to me.

She is very punctual, she doesn't want to be the dominant force in a conversation, she "solicit," "welcomed," "invite" and strongly emphasize that you (Patient) please ask questions. She, "Walked the walk and talked the talk". She's trustworthy and authentic.
