Bridget Goldenstein, DO

Referred to me by my sister. My experience was good. I'm learning more about what a DO means exactly. The doctor listened to me, made some changes in my medications and made me an appointment for my next visit. She also want me to get my pass due colonoscopy scheduled and a sleep test. I think that is good .

Very positive experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and explained things well. The nurse who came in before the doctor was VERY patient and kind. She took her time listening, taking notes and getting all of our sons information down. The doctor was a kind person who, listened well and was interested in learning about our son and his needs. She was also patient and listed to our thoughts and needs for our son as he special needs. We were able to have discussions about what care path and tests we would take, that was nice to be part of the discussion. The office and waiting area were clean and welcoming. The rooms had plenty of seating for multiple family members. Overall a very good experience.

This was a new patient appointment and I was happy with the amount of time Dr. Goldenstein spent with me. She answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The doctor took her time with me and addressed all my concerns. She gave me a few tests; I was pleased with her kindness and understanding, The nurse asked about my health concerns. She asked more in-dept questions to better understand my symptoms. The Doc had all my information before she came in. Memory issues are not something to ignore. Both showed compassion, I left the office with a game plan.

Wonderful new PCP

This is the first visit at this practice in a long time where I felt the doctor was actually listening to me and was concerned about my health and I wasn't taking up their time. I really appreciate feeling heard.

Dr. Goldenstein was caring and pro active in my treatment. I appreciate her positive attitude when it comes to my well being.

Only complaint is a very long wait. Once I was in room the girl did my vitals, then left said dr will be in shortly wait at least 20 minutes, then when dr left said the other lady will be in with my paperwork, that was another 20 or so minutes. That was exhausting

Message for Clinical Management Team During this visit I was having my right ear irrigated to remove a wax blockage, and during this procedure I experienced an excruciating pain in my right ear (10/10) which took about 10 minutes to subside to a 5/10 pain. I also felt nauseous, dizzy and light-headed, and for a moment thought I might actually pass out. I have concerns with the equipment and the methods used to irrigate the ear which I would like to "discuss with management." FYI - the intense pain coincided with the rupture of the eardrum, which I suspected and confirmed 2 days later at my ENT's office.

First time I was treated by Dr Goldenstein. Impressed, very sensitive and caring. Listened to me and she explained why and what her plan was for treating me.

I got right in. The new doctor seems knowledgeable and took her time.

I had to change my PCP and this was my first visit with Dr. Goldenstein. I was very obvious that she had reviewed my medical history which impressed me. We had an excellent exchange of questions and answers. She was very personable and professional. I had a need for a new order with necessary blood work for a recurring treatment which she has already accomplished. We reviewed my current medical conditions and their associated medications. I asked about her normal office visit routine concerning such things as blood work or other testing. She was very forthcoming which made me feel very comfortable. I am already scheduled for my annual Medicare Wellness visit with her coming up in about two months. My first impression of her is excellent. I am looking forward to having her as my PCP.

Dr, Goldenstein and staff are very nice. I had a bad virus and had to go to the ER. Been having some weirdness and chest pain, low BP a lot. The Doctor got me in right away and is helping me figure out what the problem is. Very thankful for that.
