This visit was not nearly as good as my prior visit. I asked about three problems I was having and only got feedback on one. The provider only checked my hands and arms and did not check my other joints. There were just several things that just wasn't as good as the last time.

Brittany listened carefully and went to bat for me concerning my medication. The meds I need to function day to day. Thank you!

This physician was very nice. The physician I was following retired, so this was my first visit with her.

Dr. is a breath of fresh air. First time meeting her and very happy with my visit with her.

This form was completed in terms of support from the Nurse Practitioner (NP), who provided great care. I would elect a score of 10 in terms of making recommendations to that NP. The recommendation score of 5 was due to the lack of assistance from the Medical Assistant (MA) staff. Recently, a MA would not provide support that had been so common from this office in the past...citing they are too busy with the patient volume.

Everyone was very patient with me and my daughters. I enjoyed by day just going to the doctors office. Everyone that we encountered is a keeper. They all was very professional.

This was a first time visit with a new provider. I felt rushed and not really listened to. I didn't feel she cared.

I truly appreciate that I didn't have to wait long. This was the quickest visit I have had with this office.

The NP was wonderful and caring. She understood the issue and gave me treatment right away to help relieve the issue I was having. I had a couple questions later and didn't know how I could ask after leaving, but the AfterVisit summary pretty much answered them.

The things I get off my phone different from some of what I guess is not what she says so since I have dystonia and Sjogrens it's difficult to understand but I guess she right. I will know more when I see the dystonia doctor but all is well but me

She was very informative and a good listener. She was very helpful with getting my inflammation under control by adjusting my medication for a while to get me back on track after my knee surgery.

First appointment with Brittany was good. She's a very positive person with a fun, energetic personality. Brittany has a great personality, she's very kind and caring. I greatly appreciate her addressing and treating my pain with a torodal injection yesterday, I feel better today.

The only negative thing I have to say about any rheumatologist is the wait time you have to endure before you can get an actual appointment! I hear the wait time is the same across the board. Other than this, the appointment was top-notch and so was Brittany Jamison!

The wait time was kind of long for me especially since I made my appointment online. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone call me to come back to the examination room.

Time to look at my RA FINGERS / DID THE HEART LISTENING and blood pressure and placed orders of future needs for my medicine RA. TO BE AVAILABLE WHEN NEED FOR MY RA.

I was the only person there, but still felt like it was a rush job somewhat. Some of my questions and answers were met with "deer in the headlights" reactions because I simply don't ever need to see a doctor so I'm not used to this environment.
