She was wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and explain everything that was going to happen. She asked if we had any questions and took the time to answer all of our concerns.

This comment is going to make me not anonymous and I don't care. Let me preface by saying I was unable to update my info in the app and I haven't been a patient in a Premier Health facility since 2018. Yesterday, after I arrived for my appointment, the person who escorted me to the room asked me for my current medications, which I provided for her, and found out at the end of the visit she didn't bother updating any part of my chart before the doctor came in. Almost all of the medications listed in my after visit summary are things I haven't been on in almost a decade. Then the doctor came in and I was anxious to talk about what was happening with me and to try to work out my neurological issues. I was dismissed with no further testing or treatment plan. She asked me to follow up in a year. I explained I was having some tingling and numbness in my face, dizziness, body temperature issues, hearing vs processing issues, etc. She heard none of it. She noted none of it. She did a few cognitive experiments with me, and I'm assuming it was to check for a stroke but she didn't explain it to me and nothing came of it. When patients go to the Emergency Room they are told they need to go to their PCP, and their PCP sends them to a specialist, only for the specialist to blow them off. I don't get off of coming to the hospital. I don't like paying for it. I don't like having to take off work for this stuff, I don't like having to talk about my issues. I rarely even come to get help when I have a real problem but here I am. I also tried to explain that to her and she while she appeared to be listening, and she said she was listening, she did not hear a single thing I said. I don't complain. I don't even send my food back at a restaurant when it's wrong. I also don't normally write bad reviews. Im busy and it is usually a waste of effort, but I'm so tired of feeling awful every single day of my life and want a healthcare professional to take my health seriously for once and to listen when I say I have a problem.

I like Dr. Staarmann, she is very attentive, but I know how the system works. It just took forever to schedule a second appointment. I have been enduring my pain way to long.

I like Dr Staarmann because she listens and she doesn't rush! Some Drs act like they don't have time for you! NOT Dr Staarmann! She is a good listener and she explains things!!
