I appreciate how the nurse asks me what issues I want to address at my visit. It's very helpful to do before the appointment starts and always is addressed.

I was very surprised to be told I would no longer be seen by Premier Cardiology on a regular basis and that my PCP would be responsible for future EKG's and care of my Afib. I have been a patient there for probably 25 years when I was first diagnosed with Afib. Not sure why this decision was made and I was not asked if I was comfortable with the change in care. Brooke did say that if I experienced any changes (chest pain, extreme shortness of breath, etc.) in the future to let them know. And that the protime clinic will still monitor my protime levels since I take warfarin. Just wondering if this is standard procedure.

The nurse that called me back, was one of the nicest people. She was happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. She is the kind of person that should help others.

This practice is the best. The ladies in the front office are super kind and the office always looks so festive. Both of my cardiac physicians are really compassionate and answer any questions that I have. I always have a pleasant experience when I come there.
